The best part of our week is when we get to open up our factory and serve up our pastas the way we love to eat them: straight off of the production table, into to the boiler, onto the plate and into your mouth. An unembellished, unapologetic heat seeking nostalgia missile straight to the feels.

First come, first serve. No reservations. Lunch only. Wednesday to Friday from 12 – 2pm.
